The five-storied pagoda of Manganji (Shingonshumangan) Temple is said to have been built as a place where people could pray for safety at sea. The superb view from Manganji presents Miyajima Island rising beyond a range of mountains on Etajima Island.
Manganji is a 10 minute walk from the “View of History” Hill.
